Luke Dale Roberts, the brains behind The Pot Luck Club, has already gained quite the name for himself with his previous hit, The Test Kitchen. This new concept is only an elevator ride away, it sits at the sixth floor of the same silo at the Old Biscuit Mill complex. The place has a cool, modern industrial design with steel features and a beautiful wooden floor, the large windows surrounding the dining room provide a great view on the ocean, the mountain and the city.

Cooking with seasonality can prove to be unconventional; the perfect opportunity for Luke to experiment with the food of the moment. For his guests, an adventurous experience. The dishes are all tapas-sized and inspired by modern global cuisine, the menu is separated into five sections representing our basic taste profiles – salty, sweet, sour, bitter and umami.  We found that the fried cauliflower and lemon cured trout are a must!
