The Sühring Erlebnis

In a quiet suburban near the heart of Bangkok hides Restaurant Sühring. It was named after the owners and twin brothers Thomas and Mathias Sühring. The former luxurious villa has been transformed to a modern and elegant restaurant with a warm atmosphere. It has been separated into different sections and is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Dinner takes place in the Wöhnzimmer (Living room), the Wintergarten (Garden) and the Küche (Kitchen) where you get a chance to see the chefs create your culinary works of art.

The menu consists of modern culinary German dishes based on family-recipes and the twin’s many years of experience in high-end restaurants. Fresh and local ingredients play a big role throughout the menu, a la carte is possible but we recommend the “Sühring Erlebnis”. A culinary journey of 8 or 12 courses accompanied with some of their best organic wines which pair superbly with the unique, tasteful, innovative and surprising dishes. So if you are curious about how topchefs prepare a German Currywürst, paying Sühring is a must.
