Food, booze and music, what else?
In Silom Soi Alley, Bangkok, you will find a huge, early 20th century villa painted completely pink, and despite it’s shocking exterior, rest assured this is definitely the place you want to be.
Namsaah Bottling Trust is the lovechild of Chef Ian Kittichai (Issaya Siamese Club), music impresario Frederic Meyer, entertainment attaché Jeremy Opritesco and nightlife guru Justin Dunne. Here they combined their respective star talents and created a unique and complete bar/restaurant experience right in the heart of Bangkok.
The interior is just as colourful as the exterior; wall decorations and storied antiques spread throughout the different rooms of this house turned home. The kitchen serves up witty takes on Thai soul food, a perfect example being Wonton Tacos, a slightly spicy salmon tartare with a chilli, lime and tomato dressing wrapped up in a crisp wonton skin.
The dinner takes place on the upper floors of the house, while the ground floor servers as a cocktail lounge. The roster of DJs mixing at the lounge will impress with cool vibes, lending the soundtrack to an unforgettable meal.
