Hidden in the Shangri-la building on the 24th floor you will find “the pearl of the far east”, NAMI. NAMI means the wave of embrace, an embrace you will experience throughout the whole meal.

NAMI is a wonderful place overlooking the skylines of Singapore, the amazing view is the finishing touch to a fairy tale feeling. The Japanese ambiance makes you feel welcome, comfortable, relaxed and satisfied. The manager Takezumi Ando is doing the utmost to create this pleasant vibe. Fish comes in four times a week from the Tokyo fish market. Fresh, fresh, fresh, is only good enough for Shigeo Akiba, the Japanese Executive Chef, he prepares his food at the food bar.

A great recommendation is the golden eye red snapper with truffle served on a big tree leaf, aesthetically decorated in a typical Japanese style. The tuna belly, sashimi and shedda beef are also are a great choice.  The organinic plum wine is a high class winner.
