Mott 32 is a Chinese fine dining restaurant hidden in the basement of Central Chartered Bank in Central. They say the first impression is the most important one; Mott 32 can stand proud. The sleek interior design manages to marry the trendy industrial style with more traditional Chinese elements. The space is divided into two separate areas both having their own unique personality.

The restaurant has a strong principle for farm-to-table; the origins of the ingredients is central in designing the menu honouring recipes that have been passed through generations. Their cooking style is Cantonese but they mix it up with some Beijing dishes and Sichuan food – just to keep their discerning guests delightfully, beautifully confused!
