East meets Eats
Miznon is often gathering spot for food-loving stampedes and not without good reason. Venerated Israeli chef Eyal Shani opened the second restaurant to his branch in Paris, an offshoot of his Tel Aviv locale, one that has been winning over the hearts and stomachs of its loyal following for quite some time now.
The Parisian spot follows the same formula to success: a charmingly simplistic interior with plenty of fresh ingredients on display, that genial, hospitable atmosphere, and the unadulterated, beloved plates doled out under Shani’s command. We’re particularly in love with the roasted cauliflower and fresh sandwiches built right in front of you – sip a tea, make a new friend and linger.
