Farm-to-table
Dan Kluger rose to fame back when he was cooking it up at the ABC Kitchen. His first solo project has been highly-anticipated ever since, and Loring Place is the answer to that call. Over the years Kluger gained the name farm-to-table master, now he gets the chance to show he’s worth the title. Loring Place is an American restaurant but he allows influences from all over the world to help define his kitchen. His down-to-earth vision on cooking is reflected on the raw interior; wood, concrete, brick and steel run the show.
The place has 120 seats which are divided among the front dining room, the back dining room with a great view on the semi-open kitchen and the bar seats. We recommend to start out with a few small-sharing plates like the wood grilled broccoli and tuna tartar. When it comes to main courses there is just such a great selection, but our absolute favourite dish was the suckling pig, quinoa, roasted sweet potato and apple chutney.
