Colette est arrivée á Berlin

Michelin Star chef Tim Raue’s French brasserie concept Colette is situated just behind the beloved and famous Tauentzienstraße shopping street and around the corner from Berlin’s posh Kaufhaus des Westens department store.

When you’re done shopping and you want to go where the locals go for lunch or dinner, look no further! Collette mainly serves classic French dishes. Some very authentic, some with a nice German twist.

The same goes for the impressive wine list. French wines (14 regions), with the exception of some German wines from Tim’s buddy wineries. But before you eat, everybody gets to taste Tim Raue’s sweet and sour pickled cornichons. Clearly there is a top chef behind all of this.
