Joining a trend that fuses fine food with art, Dine Art dishes up an intimate culinary experience to satisfy all the senses simultaneously – one of the best non-traditional dining experiences in town. As the name suggests, dining and art come together in this large, converted Wong Chuk Hang factory space – an ever-changing selection of art masterpieces on one side, a private eating space and semi-open kitchen serving food masterpieces on the other.

Chef Cosimo Taddei clearly draws inspiration from the creative setting of his restaurant, using seasonal ingredients to deliver on beautifully-presented, delectable Italian dishes changing at the whim of their creators. The staff insists on 10-person bookings to fill the space, so that welcomed groups are doted on from true professionals and have the whole gallery restaurant to themselves. Which begs the question… is this food imitating art, or the other way around?
